As we know, the cost of treatment is always a big concern. Our goal is to make this part of your experience as easy and painless as possible. For your convenience, our staff of professionals will handle all your insurance claims. We are members of the following insurance plans:

If you do not see your insurance company listed, we will still work with them. You will only be responsible for whatever balance your insurance does not cover. We also offer low monthly payment plans for those non-covered Cosmetic services, or for those people who do not have any insurance coverage. These plans let you divide your balance into easy to handle monthly payments. They can even, depending on your individual situation offer 90 days deferred payment or 1 year of no interest. Longer payment commitments are also available. Each of our patients will receive a full written treatment plan before any service is performed. This will show the cost of what you need to have done, what your insurance will pay and if you will have any out of pocket expense. We will take the time to answer all of the questions you may have.
If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us with at least 24 hours notice. We ask for this advance notice so that we can offer this appointment to another patient. A fee may be charged if a patient does not show up for an appointment without sufficient notice.
